We don’t only advise on AI. We build with it.

Two instruments, built in-house, on our own time and at our own risk. Both are running in production. Both are open to look at, which is the point of listing them.

What we have built

Soma LC — marked by rule, never by judgement.

A student can find out what a written Leaving Certificate answer is worth before an examiner ever sees it, and get the same answer every time they ask. Two examiners marking the same paragraph will not agree with each other, and a language model asked twice will not agree with itself. The marking engine never asks for a judgement, so it cannot disagree with one.

TFI Coverage Map — four networks, one screen, live.

Irish Rail, Luas, every TFI bus route and Dublin Bikes, built on Transport for Ireland’s open data, with schedules reconciled against live vehicle positions rather than shown beside them. GTFS-Realtime ingestion, R-tree spatial indexing so an interchange resolves as one physical place, sub-50ms queries, and no install step.

Both were built by the same practice that does the consulting, on the same architecture standards we apply to client programmes. If there is something you want built rather than advised on, that is the conversation to start.

Something you want built, not advised on?
