Vaderaa Consulting (Company No. 603507, registered in Ireland) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

What data we collect

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, organisation name (optional), and message content. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Analytics data (with consent only): if you accept cookies, Google Analytics (GA4, measurement ID G-987H0CWBTQ) collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic location. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
  • Cookie consent choice: we store your cookie preference in your browser's localStorage (key: vaderaa_cookie_consent) so we do not prompt you again on return visits. This is not transmitted to any server.

Legal basis for processing

  • Contact form data: legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Analytics data: your explicit consent, given via the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

How long we keep data

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping, typically no longer than 2 years. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

Who we share data with

  • Formspree (contact form submissions): processes form data on our behalf. See Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Google Analytics (analytics, with consent only): processes anonymised usage data. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent for analytics at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) at dataprotection.ie.
